Here is a superb output of a full day with navigation on the traditional dhows sailing of Zanzibar. The safari blue starts of Fumba, ideal starting point for exploring the bay area Menai Straits or the wild life is officially preserved since 1998. In addition to the beautiful uninhabited islands, you will encounter very probably of Humpback dolphins and OCI.
Has your arrival on Fumba, after a small briefing on the modalities of the Safari blue boarding your dhow and conquer the discovery of the bay. In nine outputs on ten, you can see the dolphins. You go throw the anchor on the sand bank in Kwale district, or your escort will guide you toward umbrellas installed for you and toward coral reefs await you dive with your mask and snorkel.
After a swim, refreshments are served to whet your appetite before directing you to the island of Kwale for a lunch under the tamarins. The buffet serves grilled fish, lobster, squid, chicken, rice and tasting of tropical fruits. The drinks are served throughout the day.
After lunch, depending on your envy you will choose to take a bath of sun, offer you a nap or a swim in the lagoon. The more adventurous will join the crew to navigate in a “ngalawa “, outrigger local which requires a little bit of address. Be sure not to lean the boat !Then, toward 17h30, is the return to Fumba.
