Approximately 07h00 – 17h30, In the morning your tour guide shows you every important place of interest in Mombasa; amongst others are the famous Portuguese Fort Jesus, a Hindu temple, Moi Avenue, and the interesting wood-carvers’ village Akamba. Sailing on a dhow is one of the most Kenyan worthwhile and memorable experiences. You drift along the Fort and old Town, and enjoy the excellent lobster or a steak for lunch. In the meantime, the band on board accompanies the rhythm of the slight moments of the waves against the side of the boat. At around 15h00 you cast anchor to visit Mamba Village, the largest crocodile farm in Africa with more than 10,000 reptiles. At approximately 16h00 the crocodiles are fed; after this short but impressive spectacle, the adjacent botanical garden is worth a visit before you return to your hotel in the late afternoon.
