Important information about Coronavirus (COVID-19)
 Safari Bookings Policy

We are attentive to all the recommendations of the WHO (World Health Organization) and the local health authorities regarding the evolution of the coronavirus in Tanzania and Zanzibar.

Travellers and partners are our priority and for this reason we have modified our cancellation & Rates policy related to COVID-19.

Regional Tours & Safaris Ltd, will apply the following exceptions to our usual terms and conditions:

If a customer with a confirmed booking wish to cancel the trip, the deposit will be kept and can be redeemed during the next 12 months, from the date of the first day of the client's trip. To proceed with the cancellation, must be requested by mail safari@regionaltours.co.tz , between 60 days and 31 days prior to the original travel date. Each case will be analysed individually.
This modification covers travel and accommodation. All the increases in the cost, that can be generated afterwards, due to changes in the travel season or other reason beyond our control, will be updated and will be borne by the traveller.

Cancellations witch do not include the above assumption, will incur cancellation fees originally stipulated in our Terms & Conditions policy. All amendments or cancellations should be discussed with the Safari Agent on a case-by-case basis.

All bookings that have been postponed to 2021, will have the same rates conditions applied in the moment of the booking, Regional Tours & Safaris Ltd will respect the rates of 2020.
This measure extends to all reservations regardless of the channel through which has been booked.
